Play Area
Moulsoe Play Area Improvement Project 2017
Moulsoe Parish Council has secured funding to refresh the play area and equipment near Moulsoe Millennium Hall.

Parish  Council Meetings
The Parish Council meets formally every other month at Moulsoe Millennium Hall.  Upcoming dates will be posted on this site, village notice boards and in other communications.  Scheduled upcoming dates are:  12 March and 14 May 2019

Annual Meeting of the Council
The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council takes place in May each year.  In addition to the usual business, the chair and deputy chair for the coming year are elected and the annual accounts are approved and signed-off for auditing.

Annual Parish Meeting
The Annual Parish Meeting is not a council meeting, it is an obligatory meeting that takes place between 1 March and 1 June each year where residents are invited to attend, speak and vote on any matter of relevance to the parish.  The Parish Council chair calls each meeting and, for logistical reasons, the meeting tends to be called on the same date as the Annual Meeting of the Council.  During this meeting, the chair notes local activities and achievements, opens the floor to residents and facilitates discussion of local issues (and voting, where relevant).

Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2018
It is a requirement that the accounts must be made available for inspection by any person interested, during a period of 30 working days set by the smaller authority and including the first 10 working days of July.

Due to delays within the external auditors office they have been unable to complete in full this years external audit and until this has been done an Interim Report has been issued in order to comply with regulations.  It can be found here  Interim Report PKF
